The Crone
You are in a season of shedding — deep, quiet, and profoundly wise.
This season, you're releasing what no longer fits, sitting with truths you've avoided, becoming someone the old version of you wouldn't recognize. And that’s a damn good thing. Let it be dark for a while. The wisdom is in the composting, not the blooming.
Goddesses for This Season
Hecate
Goddess of the crossroads and liminal thresholds — she who holds the torch through the dark, unafraid to look at what others turn from.
Hecate doesn't rush you out of the dark — she just makes sure you have a torch while you're in it. Her energy is the willingness to stand at the crossroads without demanding to know the destination yet. If she's with you, being in-between isn't a problem to solve, it's a threshold to actually be in.
Baba Yaga
The wild old witch of the forest — feared for her honesty, sought for her wisdom.
Baba Yaga tells the truth whether or not it's wanted, and people seek her out anyway because the truth is what actually helps. Her energy is honesty that doesn't soften itself to be liked. If she's here, you may be the one who has to say the unwelcome thing.
Kali
Hindu goddess of destruction and transformation — necessary endings that clear the way for what's next.
Kali destroys what's already dead so something living has room to grow — her fury is generative, not cruel. Her energy is the ending that has to happen before the next thing can exist at all. If she's walking with you, what looks like loss right now may actually be clearing.
